Teams Attending the Boilermaker Blackout:

There are 24 spots in this tournament

​

This tournament will have an A-team priority to ensure an even level of

competition. Spots will be reserved on a first-paid basis, so whomever we

receive money from the earliest secures their reservation first. The first 24 teams

who expressed interest will have priority with payment made by February 2nd.

After this, we will begin inviting teams off of our waitlist to join the tournament.

Spots are reserved ONLY once payment is received

​

Teams may withdraw from the tournament if a request is made in writing to the

NCVF tournament director at least  21 days before the tournament. Refund

requests received after this time period will not be granted except for 

extraordinary cause, as determined within the discretion of the tournament

director and the NCVF. Teams may withdraw no later than February 2nd, 2024

​

Payment of $375 for each first priority team is due no later than

Friday, February 2nd, 2024 There will be a $50 late fee for all payments

sent after that date. Teams that are pulled up from the waitlist will be expected to

pay as soon as possible after receiving the invitation as a form of acceptance.
